With a pool of around 1100 City and Suburban cabs, 200 Maxi Taxis (up to 10 passengers), 40 Multi Taxis (up to six passengers), 100 Silver Service (just that little bit of luxury), the Yellow Cab fleet is able to supply a vehicle for every occasion, from urgent parcel delivery to caring for the elderly and disabled - to taking that special person to their first school dance.

Yellow Cabs service Brisbane, Beenleigh, Beaudesert, Ipswich, Caboolture, Redcliffe, Pine Rivers, Redlands, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Warwick. They operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week, with a fleet to suit all purposes. You can book by phone, SMS or online through their web site. Children are welcome to travel with their parents. Baby capsule anchor bolts in all taxis, but passengers must provide own capsule.

Disabled:
Facilities are available for guests with a disability. Specifically 180 maxi taxis fitted with Hydraulic Hoists and capable of carrying two wheelchair bound passengers.

Flag Fall and per kilometre travelled will be charged at certain rate from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please contact the operator for more information.

Tariff Information:
On public holidays and weekends, tariffs are based on rate two. Booking fee per cab applies, an extra charge on meter fare for booking a Maxi Taxi, Multi Passenger Taxi or Silver Service Taxi also applies.

Mostly Ford Falcons and Toyota Camrys and Aurions. All are air-conditioned and all operate on metered fare.

Maxi Taxis

Primarily used to transport passengers in wheelchairs. Can carry one wheelchair passenger and eight others or two wheelchair passengers and five others. Also suit group booking up to ten passengers but this attracts an extra AUD11.00 booking fee.

Multi Passenger Taxi (MPT)

These vehicles are configured to carry up to six passengers. These vehicles have been designed to fill a void between the 4seater traditional taxi and the 10 seater maxi taxi. Perfect for that special occasion for up to six passengers. Pre booked Multi Passenger Taxi's carry a booking surcharge.
