Transfers and tours are easy with Sun-air bus service. From Brisbane Airport, transfers arrive and depart every hour. 17 services daily to and from the Sunshine Coast - door to door!

Sunshine Coast Airport Transfers meet every jet. (Transfers for this service must be pre-booked and pre-paid). Sunshine Coast Airport transfers service areas south of the airport (including Twin Waters, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana, Caloundra and Pelican Waters) these transfers are also door to door.

Children:
Infants under one year of age can travel free of charge on their parents lap. If over one year, parents must supply their own child seat and use the seat belts and child restraint attachment points provided by Sun-air. Sun-air will charge the child are applicable as the equipment will take up a seat on the bus.

Disabled:
Disabled facilities are available on a request basis only. Please inform Sun-air at the time of booking that these facilities are required. Please note that it is a requirement of Sun-air bus service that all passengers must be able to manoeuvre themselves on and off the bus. The following procedures are in place to ensure safe transfer of all passengers: Passengers must be able to walk and climb steps onto the bus unattended (steps are approximately 25 centimetres high). Sun-air drivers are not qualified to provide paramedic, carer, or patient transfer services. Sun-air drivers will assist with luggage but we are unable to enter the airport terminals (suggest requesting wheelchair assistance from your airline). When booking a passenger that requires assistance onto a Sun-air service, they do require contact details of a family member or friend in case of emergency (Name and Mobile Number will suffice).

Cancellation Information:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation over 24 hours prior to departure: Cancellation fee of AUD10.00 or passengers are able to hold their booking open for use within the next 12 months.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure: Nil Refund.
Failure to board: Nil Refund.

All services (except Premium or After Hours services) are subject to demand. Scheduled times may change without notice. To avoid disappointment, book and pay in advance and reconfirm on the afternoon prior to arrival.

Brisbane Domestic Terminal to the Sunshine Coast: After collecting your luggage, report to the Transport Booth Counter staff located kerbside outside the Virgin Blue departures. Bus departs every hour at 10 minutes to the hour (0550-2050). Please be there 15minutes to the hour (from 0545 through to 2045)
Brisbane International Terminal to the Sunshine Coast: Please report to the Visitors Information Counter in the arrivals lounge. Then proceed to the bus stop as directed. Please be there five minutes to the hour (from 0555 through to 2055). Bus departs on the hour (0600-2100).
Sunshine Coast Airport to Accommodation: Please report to the Henry's counter (adjacent to the luggage carousels) before claiming your luggage. The Sun-air driver will be positioned beside the Henrys counter to assist with your luggage. Bus departs as soon as all passengers are on board.
For your return to Sunshine Coast or Brisbane the Airport: Phone Sun-air on 07 5477 0888 between 1400 and 1700 the afternoon prior to travel to confirm your pick up time. If you are unable to be in position for loading the buses are unable to wait. Please phone Sun-air and you shall be allocated a seat on the next available service.

If your flight plans are altered it is vital that you notify the Sun-air office on 07 5477 0888. They cannot guarantee pickup to or from the Airport at any new or altered flight times unless advised of the new flights times.
Baggage is limited to two suitcases per person. Excess baggage, AUD7.00 per item. Maximum 20 kilograms per item. Food or drinks are not to be consumed on Sun-air buses. Smoking, drug and alcohol consumption is prohibited on Sun-air buses.
Delays: Sun-air will not be responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond their control. However, they will make every effort to overcome the problem. All information contained herein is subject to change without notice.
Tours: Sun-air reserves the right to vary the destination of their tours.

Brisbane Cruise Terminal to/from Sunshine Coast Door to Door

Sun-air operate shuttle transfers to meet every cruise ship arriving and departing from the Brisbane P&O Cruise Terminal, Hamilton and provides a door to door service to holiday accommodation and private residences on the Sunshine Coast.

For embarking passengers, Sun-air arrives at the cruise terminal 12 noon.

For disembarking passengers, Sun-air departs the cruise terminal at 9am to 9:30am when all pre-booked passengers are on board.
