There is disabled access to offices. Passengers with a disability will need to board the vehicle ferry in a vehicle. There are no disabled toilets on board the vehicle ferry - trip length is 45 minutes. The water taxi service does cater for wheelchair access and has disabled toilet facilities. The ability for passengers with other disabilities to travel on the taxi will depend on the weather and the condition of the bay.

Cancellation Information:
Changes and cancellations are only permitted if requested prior to your scheduled departure time. If there is no notice of cancellation, then no refund or rebooking is permitted and you will forfeit the fare paid. Up to 48 hours prior to travel: You may cancel and request a refund of the price paid. You may transfer the booking to another date within six months. Within 48 hours of travel: You may transfer the booking to another date within six months but no refund will be given. Subject to the above a booking can be rescheduled at any time before departure. Proof of any concession requested must be supplied.

Departure Details:
The departure point is at Middle Street, Toondah Harbour in Cleveland. Vehicles travelling on the ferry must arrive 20 minutes before departure time.

Further Details:
The Island has bitumen roads and all vehicles including commercial buses can be transported. Bookings essential and length of all vehicles over five point five metres must be measured, that is commercial vehicles, vans and semi trailers.

Stradbroke Ferries Limited is a wholly owned and operated Queensland company providing vehicular and passenger ferry services to Stradbroke Island, Moreton Island and the Southern Moreton Bay Islands of Macleay, Russell, Lamb and Karragarra. In addition, it owns and operates the cross-river cable ferry at Moggill. The company is committed to the continual development and promotion of the islands through advertising, sponsorship of community projects and marketing of the islands businesses and attractions.

The Stradbroke Ferries vehicular ferry departs daily and continually runs between Cleveland and Dunwich on Stradbroke Island every two hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Bookings for vehicles are essential and the trip itself takes approximately 45 minutes, with a fully licensed cafeteria on board.
