Description

MICAT is a purpose-built vehicular ferry which carries up to 52 four wheel drives and over 400 passengers to Moreton Island each day. Moreton Island Adventures own and operate MICAT which departs from the Port of Brisbane. MICAT is also available for private charter for Brisbane River Cruising Events. This 480 tonne ferry caters to the drive-on, drive-off four wheel drive market as well as passengers and tourists who wish to spend a day or longer at beautiful Moreton Island. With three deck levels, MICAT has the vehicle deck, the Saloon Level complete with cafe and bar and the observation level at top.
