If cancelled on the day of travel, a 100 per cent cancellation fee applies. If 24 hours notice is given, a 50 per cent cancellation fee applies. More than 24 hours notice, no charge. Failure to show for flight results in a 100 per cent cancellation fee

Restrictions:
Luggage restrictions apply - 15 kilograms per person is a soft overnight bag. Excess luggage by arrangement - catamaran, barge or additional helicopter trip (at own cost).

Hotel Pick-up:
Pick up and delivery is available from local accommodation facility (Hervey Bay area only).

Tariff Information:
If booking through the information centre, ticket must be presented to office before departure. Check on availability, if seats are available on a return trip. Prices are inclusive of GST. Landing fee of AUD15.00 does apply for the Orchid Beach trip. Luggage allowance is 15 kilograms per person in a soft bag. Excess luggage can be transported by vehicle, boat or another trip in the helicopter at charge.
