Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle provides, Airport Transfers, Unlimited Theme Park Transfers and Unlimited local bus travel when you purchase a Freedom or Gold Pass.

The Freedom Pass includes, return Airport transfers, unlimited Theme Parks transfers and unlimited local bus travel which allows you to visit tourist destinations, shopping centres, Casino, beaches, restaurants, entertainment venues and much more.

If you don't require the return airport transfer then take at look at their Gold Pass which includes unlimited theme park transfers and unlimited local bus travel.

Freedom and Gold Passes are available for three, five, seven or ten days,

Cancellation Information:
Failure to board, unused tickets or portions thereof are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel will be denied to anyone who does not produce a valid ticket/voucher to the driver on entry. There are no replacements or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged tickets/vouchers.

Departure Details:

Further Details:
Freedom Passes are valid for consecutive days from and including the airport arrival date. Passes expire at midnight on the last day of travel.
Gold Passes are valid for consecutive days from and including the date the pass is activated for the first time.

Booking - Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle must be advised of booking and flight details. They meet every flight into the Gold Coast Airport. Customers should book their return airport transfers 24 hours in advance by calling reservations and have their flight details ready to arrange a pick-up time.
Theme Park transfers need to be booked by 7.00p.m. the day prior to travel.

Airport Arrival - Documentation should be exchanged for valid tickets at one of the 'Transport and Information' service desks located inside the Domestic and International terminals at the Gold Coast Airport. Return airport transfer is valid up to 30 days from arrival date.
Family Passes - Only one ticket issued per family, two adults and two children ( three to 14 years). Family members must travel together under the single pass.

Luggage - The passengers should always carry valuable items on their person, as Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.
Smoking and Alcohol - All services are non-smoking. The consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited whilst travelling on any Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle or Surfside vehicles.

Please note: Door to door services are not available for private residences (registered accommodation houses only).

Hotel Pick-up:
Airport Transfer pick-up available at all registered accommodation houses between Hope Island and Coolangatta (except Coomera Motor Inn) on the Gold Coast and Coolangatta to Kingscliff in New South Wales. Theme Park Transfer pick-up available at all registered accommodation houses between Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast to Kingscliff in New South Wales. All New South Wales hotel pick-ups operate on a separate schedule, contact Reservations for a schedule of pick up times. In some cases door to door may mean the nearest safe pick-up point.

How To Get There:
Airport Arrival - Documentation should be exchanged for valid tickets at one of the 'Transport and Information' service desks located inside the Domestic and International terminals at the Gold Coast Airport.
Gold Passes, which do not include airport transfers, can be activated on any Surfside Bus service or upon boarding your first theme park transfer.

Tariff Information:
Centrelink and Veterans Affairs Pensioner Concession Cards are the only cards acceptable for pension discount.
