The Burleigh Heads depot is open from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on Sunday.

There is access for guests with a disability. Walking frames and wheelchair for hire at concessional hire rates.

Insurance Excess Reduction

Gold Coast Family Car Rentals contracts automatically provide a limitation of the Renter's obligation in respect of such loss or damage provided the Renter complies at all times with all conditions of rental. They have made special arrangements to enable you to minimise their insurance risk and Security Bond exposure, offering three liability reduction choices in addition to the automatic Standard Excess.
