Children:
Children up to the age of 14 (inclusive) travel free on Airtrain when travelling with an Adult. All trains have ample room for prams and there are also toilet facilities available on all Gold Coast bound trains. Airtrain Stations are located at both Domestic and International terminals.

Disabled:
The trains are wheelchair friendly. Airtrain's Airport facilities are built to Australian Standards and are also wheelchair friendly with ramps and elevators to facilitate access.

Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received prior to the scheduled departure and arrival time and may incur a 20 per cent administration charge.

Departure Details:
Airtrain Stations are located at both Domestic and International terminals. The Domestic Station is located just outside the airport terminal via a lift or escalator and overhead covered walkway. At the International Terminal access is via level three, along the short overhead covered walkway. The service departs for Brisbane city and the Gold Coast every 15 minutes during peak times and then every half an hour.

Ticketing Procedures: Domestic Airport - Airtrain ticket counters are located at the Virgin Blue and Qantas baggage claim areas, as well as at the station. International Airport - Airtrain ticket counters are located at the Visitors Information Desk after clearing Customs, as well as at the station.

Hotel Pick-up:
Airtrain has a door to door service on the Gold Coast called Airtrain Connect. This service is a combined train and chauffeured vehicle that takes you from the Brisbane Airport to any listed Gold Coast accommodation and return located between Sanctuary Cove and Coolangatta. Other suburbs can be arranged at an additional cost. Please see the operator's website for more information.

The Airtrain Connect is a door to door service, including a train and chauffeured vehicle from the Brisbane Airport to a Gold Coast accommodation, private address and return. Children up to the age of 14 years travel free with an accompanying adult (one child travels free, per paying adult) All luggage requirements are catered for at no extra cost.
