Description
Airtrain, Brisbane's world class airport rail link creates a direct and seamless connection between the Brisbane Airport, Brisbane city and the Gold Coast. Children travel free on Airtrain Service up to the age of 14 years, with an accompanying adult.
The service to Brisbane City stops at Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Central Station, Roma Street and South Brisbane. Another great service that Airtrain offers is the premium Gold Coast transfer package. This package includes a return door to door Brisbane Airport/Gold Coast transfer on Airtrain and then a transfer in a chauffeur driven vehicle directly to the door of your Gold Coast holiday accommodation or residence.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received prior to the scheduled departure and arrival time and may incur a 20 per cent administration charge.
Departure Point
Airtrain Stations are located at both Domestic and International terminals. The Domestic Station is located just outside the airport terminal via a lift or escalator and overhead covered walkway. At the International Terminal access is via level three, along the short overhead covered walkway. The service departs for Brisbane city and the Gold Coast every 15 minutes during peak times and then every half an hour.

Ticketing Procedures:
Domestic Airport - Airtrain ticket counters are located at the Virgin Blue and Qantas baggage claim areas, as well as at the station.
International Airport - Airtrain ticket counters are located at the Visitors Information Desk after clearing Customs, as well as at the station.
Hotel Pick-up
Airtrain has a door to door service on the Gold Coast called Airtrain Connect. This service is a combined train and chauffeured vehicle that takes you from the Brisbane Airport to any listed Gold Coast accommodation and return located between Sanctuary Cove and Coolangatta. Airtrain Connect Sanctuary Cove to Coolangatta
The Airtrain stops at all Gold Coast train stations; Coomera, Helensvale, Nerang, Robina and Varsity Lakes.
The Airtrain Connect service is a combined train and chauffeured vehicle from the Brisbane Airport to a Gold Coast accommodation or private address and return, located between Sanctuary Cove and Coolangatta Children up to the age of 14 years travel free with an accompanying adult (one child travels free per paying adult - additional children incur a fee).
