Con-X-ion has been in operation on the Gold Coast for over 20 years and is a major transport provider in South East Queensland. The fleet comprises seven seat luxury Tarago and 12 seat to 50 seat air-conditioned coaches.
Con-X-ion provides daily door to door return transfers to Brisbane International and Domestic Airports and Gold Coast International and Domestic Airports. All flights are met on a 48 hour pre-booked basis. All coaches are GPS (satellite tracking) equipped and mini coaches are predominately utilised to ensure minimum travel time for passengers.
Transfers to Gold Coast theme parks and attractions are conducted from major hotel and accommodation houses daily, with up to three pick up and return services available. Pre-purchasing the flexible Roo pass is highly recommended as the most convenient and cost saving transfer ticket whilst on holiday on the Gold Coast. Valid for 30 days from the first use of travel, the Roo pass can be utilised any day within that 30 day period. Options available are airport return transfers plus one to seven Theme Park/Attraction return transfers.

Refunds will only be made subject to the following conditions: Cancellation in excess of 24 hours, refunded 100 per cent of charges payable. Cancellations under 24 hours, with more than 12 hours notice given incurs 50 percent penalty. Cancellation less than 12 hours will incur a nil refund. Credit card refunds once processed will incur a processing fee.
Airport Arrivals Brisbane - Hourly service between 6.00 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. - Coach Departure times following: Qantas Terminal - Five minutes past the hour; Jetstar - 10 minutes past the hour; Virgin - 15 minutes past the hour; and International - 30 minutes past the hour. Domestic passengers meeting point by luggage carousel. International: Pre-Booked ground transfer meeting point sign inside the terminal building. Drivers identifiable in distinctive blue shirt with company Logos displaying dual brand name board. Late Flights - Please note, Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day, that arrive on a delayed flight and miss their allocated pick up, will need to make alternative transport arrangements at their own expense. Door2Door Airbus / Con-x-ion are not responsible for delayed flights. Brisbane delayed flights, other than last coach service, please wait at the meeting point for the next hourly service. Gold Coast Airport delayed flights, please phone the operator and you will be updated on the next available service pick up time. Clients are advised to re confirm their transfer booking 24 hours prior to travel. Door 2 Door Airbus and Con-X-ion recommends travellers take out relevant Travel Insurance.
As a part of the service offered, they provide sufficient luggage space to for one large suitcase and hand luggage for each Airport Con-x-ion / Door2Door Airbus customer as per airport guidelines. Understandably, some clients travel with excess luggage and to ensure that they have enough space they need to be informed of any extra luggage if known at time of booking, Excess luggage fees as per the following: Two large suitcases no extra charge as long as pre advised; three or more Suitcases AUD5.00 to AUD10.00 (driver to confirm amount); one Surfboard (less than two metres) AUD6.00; two surfboards (less than two metres) AUD10.00; Three Surfboards (less than two metres) AUD15.00; Surfboards in excess of above - Unable to carry on schedules service. Bike in Bike Box AUD5.00 each; Golf Clubs AUD5.00 (One set per passenger); and other Excess Luggage price to be confirmed by driver. Clients failure to advise of excess luggage could result in them being unable to accommodate extra luggage in the space provided. Airport Con-X-ion Gold Coast are required to take this action to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers plus to meet the strict guidelines of the Queensland Department of Transport.
Passengers are requested to be ready five minutes prior to pickup time for the consideration of other passengers. Door 2 Door Airbus and Con-X-ion advises that the coach is unable to wait for passengers who are not ready at the agreed pickup time for departures. Please note: Pick up times given at time of making a booking could vary on day of transfer owing to other possible pick-ups in the same area. Note times supplied are for the suburb in general, not the clients actual address. Baggage Information: As part of the service offered, they provide sufficient luggage space to allow for one large suitcase and hand luggage for each Door 2 Door Airbus and Con-x-ion customers (Per airport weight guidelines). Understandably, some clients travel with excess luggage. To ensure that they have enough space they need to be informed of any additional luggage at time of booking for which client will be duly informed of additional charges where applicable. Door 2 Door Airbus and Con-X-ion is not liable for delays incurred by road works, traffic accidents or incidents beyond it's control. Door 2 Door Airbus and Con-X-ion provide a personalised pick up area limited to a maximum of one kilometre west of the Pacific Highway. This enables them to operate and keep to their scheduled services inclusive of getting their clients to the airport in time for their flight. Subject to traffic conditions.

The Family Rate is based on two adults and two children.
