Cancellation Information:
All payments, including deposits, are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you need to postpone your booking ten days or more prior to your arrival, please note that a postponement fee of AUD100.00 per person will apply. Should you need to postpone less than ten days prior to your arrival, a fee of AUD250.00 per person for two, three or four night stays and AUD500.00 per person for five, six or seven day stays (and longer) will apply.
Cancellation or postponement on the day prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50 per cent of the total package, with the remaining 50 per cent to be held in credit for a maximum period of 12 months from original booking date. Cancellation or no show on the day of arrival will incur 100 per cent fee of the total package. They recommend travel insurance in case of changes to your travel plans.

How To Get There:
Travelling north or south: From M1 take Exit 89. Drive to the set of traffic lights. Turn right into Tallebudgera Creek Road. Follow for eight kilometres (10 minutes). Turn left at Syndicate Road, follow for 1.9 kilometres (five minutes). Turn right at gate sign posted Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat. Follow steep private road.

Each of the heritage houses are unique and has been brought to Gwinganna piece by piece from various locations, to preserve the original Queenslander style home. Featuring large lounge areas, the bedrooms open onto wide verandahs shaded by gardens and trees which shelter a range of birds and wildlife.

Built from recycled timbers, the stylish design offers plenty of natural light to create a spacious sanctuary in which to relax at the end of each day. In addition to the three Villas, you can now also choose from two Signature Villas. Cantilevered over a billabong these serene and spacious suites feature private steam room and bath or hot tub. Built from reclaimed timbers, with soaring ceilings, chic black bathrooms the stunning Signature Villas are a retreat within a retreat.
