Description

Trek North Safaris is a Cairns locally owned and operated Rainforest Tour Company. Established in 1991, they have been a market leader in showcasing the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest to thousands of tourists every year. This jungle is the oldest on the planet, and its prehistoric flora and fauna is a must see item when visiting this exotic and beautiful part of the world.

They have a selection of different jungle tours and some great package options. Tours include The Daintree National Park and Cape Tribulation and also Kuranda Village with the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail and seven and a half kilometre Skyrail Cableway.

Cape Tribulation Day Tour

Kuranda with Train and Skyrail

Kuranda is a small rainforest village nestled high in the mountains north of Cairns. It is full of exciting and vibrant markets where people from all parts of the Highlands come together to sell their unique and interesting wares. Three large commercial attractions are found here also, including Birdworld, The

Butterfly Sanctuary and Koala Gardens.

Be collected from your accommodation and transferred to Kuranda Scenic Rail for your 100 minute journey to Kuranda Village via one of the worlds most scenic train journeys. This step back in time will leave you breathless, giving you extraordinary views of the Coral Sea, world heritage listed rainforest,

exotic gorges, lovely cascades and large waterfalls on-route.

You will return from Kuranda on the Skyrail Cableway, then be transfered home.
