See crocodiles in their natural habitat on Proserpine River, on the fully guided Whitsunday Crocodile Safari. The natural attractions of the Whitsunday region extend beyond the Great Barrier Reef and Islands. Local estuaries and wetlands meander inland from the coast to the Proserpine River, home to the estuarine (salt water) crocodile, many species of native birds, mammals, reptiles and marine animals.

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari

The Whitsunday Crocodile Safari is a full day nature exploration that incorporates a number of different activities to ensure you see the very best of the wild Whitsundays. Included in the day is a calm-water river cruise along the Proserpine River sighting crocodiles and an array of other wildlife, an open air wagon tour through wetlands, a Queensland mud crab capture display, billy tea and damper and barbecue lunch.
