Please note that the wild dolphin feeding program operates to strict guidelines and is dependant upon tidal and weather conditions, and dolphin attendance.
How To Get There
All tours depart from the Tangalooma terminal at Holt Street Wharf, Pinkenba in Brisbane. Holt Street Wharf is located approximately 10 minutes from Brisbane International and Domestic Airports, and 15 minutes from the central business district by car.
For driving directions to Holt Street Wharf please visit the operator's website. Coach transfers from most Brisbane central business district, Southbank, Kangaroo Point and Gold Coast hotels; Brisbane International and Domestic Airports; and the Brisbane Transit Centre are available for an additional cost and must be pre-booked - please enquire at time of booking. Please note that there are no public buses or trains to Holt Street Wharf.

Dolphin Adventure Tour
The Dolphin Adventure Tour is for those who love non-stop fun and adventure! Take a scenic cruise from Brisbane across Moreton Bay and enjoy and island buffet lunch before venturing off on the four wheel drive Desert Safari tour to experience the thrill of sand tobogganing. Have the opportunity to learn about the unique personalities of the dolphins that visit each evening before getting the chance to hand feed them yourself.

During the whale watching season from late June to October, guests have the option of substituting the Four Wheel Drive Desert Safari tour and island buffet lunch for the whale watch cruise which includes a light lunhch served onboard. 0730 departure also available. Please note return time is approximate only and will depart immediately after the conclusion of the wild dolphin feeding.

Whale Watch Cruise
The humpback whale is known for their long migration journeys each winter, putting on a magnificent display of breaching, tail slapping, and spy-hopping as they make their way to warmer waters. South-East Queensland is one of the best places to see these amazing creatures, with over 14,000 whales expected to pass right by Moreton Island this season. This is something you definitely don't want to miss!
Tangalooma operates daily whale watching cruises from June through to the end of October with departures available from Brisbane and Tangalooma. See these majestic humpback whales in their natural environment as part of an awe-inspiring day tour. The cruise includes a light lunch served onboard and extensive commentary provided by marine biologist from Tangalooma's Marine Education and Conservation Centre.
