Hinterland Highlights

Take a scenic tour of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, enjoy the fabulous views over the coast as you wind your way up the Blackall Range. The rolling green hills are dotted with avocado, macadamia nut and dairy farms, whilst the deep valley hide dense sub-tropical rainforest and cascading waterfalls. Visit the quaint country towns of Maleny, Montville and Mapleton. We also visit the Maleny Cheese Factory and Glasshouse Mountains lookout.

The Mary "Valley Rattler" Steam Train Tour

Take a scenic drive west into the Mary River Valley to experience a journey on the ""Valley Rattler"" Steam train. Sit back and relax as the C17 Steam Loco hauls the heritage carriages past the farms and forests to Dagun Station where the local farmers have their produce for sale, try some local Kenilworth Cheese or taste some local wine.

Sunshine Highlights Tour

This fun filled tour visits some of the Sunshine Coasts best tourist Icons. They start the day with a scenic coastal drive up the David Low Way to Noosa with a stop at Coolum Beach's Point Perry lookout to see they if can spot any Sea Turtles, Sea Eagles or even a migrating Humpback Whale (June-October).

Noosa is one of Australia's premier holiday destinations. It's world famous Main Beach and Hastings Street is alive with boutiques, cafe's, world class restaurants and art galleries. Explore Hasting Street and browse the shops.

They then take a drive to via Eumundi down to Ginger Town at Yandina the home of Buderim Ginger and Macadamia Nutworks factory, the visit the Big Pineapple to see how Pineapple grow and get a photo with this Queensland icon.

Stop at the Ettamogah Pub have look in the souvenir shops or have beer and a laugh at this strange Pub based on an Aussie cartoon strip.

The return journey is a driving tour of the Caloundra and Mooloolaba Beaches.

Dolphin Eco Tour

There are very few places in the world where wild dolphins choose to interact with people. Just north of Noosa is one. The tour visits the Tuncanbar Dolphin Information Centre to learn about and have an opportunity to Meet and Feed (see note below) a rare Indo-Pacific Humpback dolphin in the wild. On the return journey they search for wild brumbies (horses) and kangaroos in the Toolara Forest, then stop at Lake Alford in Gympie to feed ducks and freshwater turtles.

Please note: the dolphins are wild animals and the National Parks Service restrict feeding to maximum of three kilograms of fish per dolphin per day. Dolphin sighting and feeding can't be guaranteed however the dolphins visit the feeding area most days of the year. They do miss approximately 21 days per year.
