Fountain Springs 'A little piece of paradise'

This 45 minute scenic flight takes you out of Mount Isa to a popular local oasis called Fountain Springs. As the name suggests this naturally occurring spring has carved its way through a mountain face creating a beautiful breath taking waterfall and fresh water rock pool. Fountain Springs is nestled in the foothills of the now abandoned Wee McGregor mine. This tour takes you out and lands at the springs giving you the opportunity to take in the scenery and even chance a dip in the cool refreshing waters. During the stop over at the springs you will be treated to fresh damper and bush tea. On the return flight you will also experience the beautiful lake Moondarra and fly over one of Queensland largest operating copper mines.
