Low Isles SailAway IV is a luxury state-of-the-art Lagoon 500 sailing catamaran which departs the Port Douglas Marina daily to visit a beautiful small coral cay complete with blue lagoon, white sandy beaches and coconut palms, surrounded by magnificent coral gardens and the Coral Sea. Low Isles lies just 15 kilometres off Port Douglas and is a part of the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area, where a myriad of colourful corals and tropical fish await you. A self-guided heritage walk around the isle offers you the chance to 'step back in time' and reach an understanding of Aboriginal and European settlement and history.

Imagine being one of just 33 passengers (maximum) on board! The day includes snorkelling, a guided glass bottom boat excursion, morning and afternoon tea and a superb tropical buffet lunch of cold meats, salads, prawns and fresh bread. A child rate and a discounted family rate are offered. Low Isles is a great location to experience the Great Barrier Reef and entertain children. The vessel itself has a fairly open deck so whilst on board an infant or toddler needs to be watched carefully.

Cancellation Information:
A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies. No refund applicable if cancelled within 24 hours of travel.

If Sailaway have to cancel due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or optional day of travel is offered.
Low Isles is eight nautical miles out from Port Douglas, located on the World Heritage Great Barrier Reef. Approximately one and a quarter hours sailing time (power assistance is required). If a private charter is booked, the cost of an interpreter can be added into the price.
Family (two adults and two children) rates are available. For Sailaway Low Isles departing Cairns, the rate is AUD714. For Sailaway Low Isles departing Port Douglas, the tour costs AUD594.

Tariff Information:
Coach Transfers for Sailaway Low Isles from Cairns or Northern Beaches are available; adult is AUD38.00, child (four to 12 years) is AUD22.00, and family (two adults, two children) is AUD120.00.
Sailaway Low Isles: There is an additional Environment Management Charge of AUD6.00 per person, payable on board the vessel. (AUD3.50 EMC and AUD2.50 Administration fee.)
