Cancellation Information:
For the Great Western Adventure, a full refund will be given if cancelled one week prior to departure, but a 10 per cent fee will be charged if cancelled within one week of departure. For all other tours, no refund will apply if tour cancelled on day of departure.

How To Get There:
Longreach Travel Centre (Kinnon and Co. Thomson River Cruises, Longreach) is located on Eagle Street, opposite Mitre 10.

Opening Hours:
Longreach Travel Centre is open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700, Saturdays and Public Holidays from 0900 to 1200.

Tariff Information:
Contact the operator for quotes for coach hire and Thomson Princess River Boat. The rate is generally AUD1.75 per kilometre plus the driver wages.

Thomson River Cruises (Paddlewheeler and Riverboat)

Take in the outback sunset on a relaxing evening cruise on a Thomson River Cruise (ex Billabong Boat Cruises). Join the crew on the west's only paddle wheeler - the 'Thomson Belle' for a memorable evening. All you need is your camera, drinks (alcohol or otherwise) and light coat in the winter.

The stunning outback sunsets will be accentuated from your viewing platform on the water and your knowledge of the landscape and local area will be deepened with informative commentary. Enjoy a two-course Drovers style meal, beef stew and desert, while being entertained with poetry around the campfire.

Cap the night off with a cup of genuine Billy tea, some fresh damper and a chance to see the carpet of stars above in the outback sky.
