Description

Illusions catamaran sails daily from Abel point Marina at Airlie Beach, in the Whitsundays. Meet the other passengers while sailing across the Whitsunday Passage. Indoor or outdoor seating is available, and there is plenty of cover from the sun (or any inclement weather). Morning tea can be enjoyed while admiring the view of the surrounding islands.

Part of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, Blue Pearl Bay on Hayman Island offers excellent and diverse coral and marine life. Giant Clams and Giant Wrasse are just two of the many varieties of marine life that can be found at Blue Pearl Bay, Snorkel (all equipment and tuition provided), Scuba dive for certified or introductory divers, join in the fish feeding (a definite highlight), or just relax on the beautiful beach at Langford Island.

After all the activities you can enjoy a great buffet lunch, and a fruit platter is served to refresh you before arriving back at Abel Point Marina. Illusions is fully licensed and carries a maximum of 25 passengers. Courtesy bus transport is provided to and from most local areas. Illusions is available for private

functions, weddings, birthdays and corporate charters where cruises can be tailored to suit your needs.

Children:
Children are welcome. Children zero to four years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children four to 14 years are welcome with adult supervision.

Disabled:
Guests in wheelchairs are welcome, however only one passenger with a disability per day is allowed.

Cancellation Information:
Full refund if cancelled 12 hours prior to sailing.

Departure Details:
Abel Point Marina, Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach. Persons wishing to make their own way to the vessel will be required to be at Abel Point Marina (at the vessel) by 7.30 a.m.

Further Details:
Backpacks and large items of luggage should be checked and left at accommodation houses prior to coach pick up. Certified divers must produce current certification card. Introductory divers must be over 12 years of age and introductory divers over 45 years of age will be required to produce a current Australian dive medical certificate.

Hotel Pick-up:
Courtesy coach pick up and drop off to most areas in Airlie Beach by prior arrangement when booking tour.

Tariff Information:
Children to three years are no charge. Children four to 14 are carried at child rate. Discounts are available for seniors, students and Youth Hostels Association members upon production of current membership cards.
There is also a family rate available for two adults and two children, between the ages of four and 14.

Boomnetting for the fun loving, and a hot freshwater shower is available for all passengers. Afternoon tea is served to refresh you before arriving at Abel Point Marina.
