Departing Fridays at 0830am from the Gladstone Visitor Information Centre, this combined tour takes approximately three hours and visits Queensland Alumina Ltd and Boyne Smelters Ltd (every second Friday).
Visitors must wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and enclosed shoes.
Please note: Due to the electromagnetic fields caused by the reduction lines at Boyne Smelter, it is compulsory that visitors with any medical implants such as pacemakers or cochlear implants do not attend the Boyne Smelter Ltd section of the Tour.
On the fortnight the tour visits Boyne Smelters, the bus will return to the Information Centre after touring Queensland Alumina Ltd, for those who cannot attend BSL.

Each fortnight, Gladstone Ports Corporation in partnership with the Gladstone Visitor Information Centre operates a Harbour Tour from Gladstone Marina, past the RG Tanna Coal Terminal, Curtis Island, Fisherman's Landing and returning to the Marina.
This tour operators for two hours and provides commentary on the Curtis Island Project.
Photo identification is required.
