Cancellation Information:
100 per cent cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours. Flames of the Forest reserve the right to cancel any night at their discretion and provide guests with a full refund.

Departure Details:
Departure point is from your accommodation. Pick up times are confirmed upon booking.
Below gives an idea of approximate pick up times. Cairns city pick ups: from 6.00 p.m. Northern Beaches pick ups: from 6.20 p.m. Palm Cove pick ups: from 6.40 p.m. Port Douglas pick ups: from 7.00 p.m.

Further Details:
Bookings are essential for all events. Close at 2.00 p.m. on the day of the event.
Vegetarian and special diets catered for on request. The venue is under cover.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights, tables of ten are set so guests join other travellers over dinner. Tables of other numbers can only be booked on a Saturday night.
For every guest that dines at Flames of the Forest, a tree will planted in an area of rainforest that is being rehabilitated. This is done in conjunction with Conservation Volunteers Australia which with Flames of the Forest has developed this unique project to re-vegetate land in the local area.
Please note that this tour is not available between 31 January 2012 and 10 March 2012.

Tuesday and Thursday nights feature two local Aboriginal brothers sharing their remarkable culture with you during the evening. This evening ignites the senses and is inclusive of: flaming arrival and candle lit forest, pre dinner drinks with canapes and sparkling wine, seven dish plattered banquet dinner served to your table seated under a magnificent black silk lined marquee highlighted by crystal and bud light chandeliers, Australian sparkling wine, red and white wine, beer and soft drinks, Aboriginal cultural performance featuring didgeridoo, singing and story telling, return transfers from Port Douglas and shared tables of ten so you can enjoy the company of other intrepid travellers.
