Cruising for Couples - Whitsundays Sailing Adventures has no fixed itineraries for their scheduled departure sailing holidays. The desires of guests are considered in relation to prevailing weather conditions to ensure that everyone aboard enjoys their sailing holiday.

Further Details:
What To Bring - only bring a small soft bag for your sailing holiday and pack a beach towel, t-shirts, shorts, swimwear, a hat, warm clothing for the winter months, a pair of light shoes, insect repellent and sunscreen. The following vessels are licensed (no bring your own), Kiana and Pacific Sunrise. For all other vessels (bring your own) alcohol and soft drinks can be purchased prior to departure and brought aboard to enjoy during the cruise at no extra charge.

How To Get There:
Whitsundays Sailing Adventures is based in the Whitsundays and is located at Airlie Beach on the Queensland coast, approximately half way between Brisbane and Cairns. Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport is serviced by Jetstar and Virgin Blue. The terminal is only a 40 minute coach ride from Airlie Beach. There are also regular flights into Hamilton Island Airport. From Hamilton Island it is only a 45 minute ferry ride to Shute Harbour, where air conditioned coaches meet every ferry for the 20 minute transfer to Airlie Beach. A fun alternative is to take a 10 minute Island Air Taxi's light aircraft transfer from Hamilton Island to Whitsunday Airport. From here it is only a 10 minute ride in a cab to Airlie Beach. Other options include road transport by coach or car and rail access via Proserpine station.

Directions to the Cruising for Couples - Whitsundays Sailing Adventures office: Take the Bruce Highway, towards Airlie Beach, turn right onto Strathdickie Road, near Proserpine River Bridge. Turn first right onto Shute Harbour Road, travel along Shute Harbour Road for approximately 20 minutes into Airlie Beach, over hill into Airlie then left at roundabout into main Central Business District of Airlie Beach. After passing The Esplanade on your left, Whitsundays Sailing Adventures is on the left hand side of the road, near the corner of Shute Harbour Road and The Esplanade (Level 2/293 Shute Harbour Road), proceed up the stairs next to Brumby's Bakery - welcome to Whitsundays Sailing Adventures!

Tariff Information:
Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include air fares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price. They reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. They recommend you take out travel insurance.
Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst they make every effort to safeguard guests, they cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond their control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator's discretion. At certain times of year dangerous jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective Stinger Suit to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise.
Cruising for Couples - Whitsundays Sailing Adventures and its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents are not the owner or operator of any vessel on which any passengers sail. Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Weather:
During the warmer months from October to April there is a risk, albeit slight, that customers might come into contact with dangerous Jelly Fish while swimming or snorkelling. To enable customers to minimise the risk they make available stinger suits for hire and they will strongly recommend that customers take up the option of hiring a suit.

Silent Night - Performance Sailing

With a maximum of just 12 passengers. Action sailing, snorkelling and beach walking by day, a wind-down drink and music under the stars by night, Silent night offers something for everyone!

Speed combined with modern technology and interior makes this a very contemporary fun sailing adventure. Formally known as Madame DeFarge, Silent Night has a colourful history within the racing circuit, winning the Hogs Breath series in 2005 and continuing to
