This tour encompasses travel on dirt roads. Should a situation arise where travel is not possible, an alternative tour will be arranged. Failing this a refund will be granted. All participants should take out travel and cancellation insurance prior to commencing the tour.

This is a unique tour which is unavailable to any other tourism operator in the central west. Gracevale is only accessible by taking one of Artesian Country Tours.
How To Get There:
Artesian Country Tours has a direct pick-up service from all accommodation premises in Barcaldine and Aramac. Parking is available at the Barcaldine Visitor Information Centre for those wishing to travel from other central western towns for a day trip.

Dreamtime and Heritage Trail
Visit old Aramac, the first town settled in the area. Then travel through ancient lava flows, to Aboriginal Dreamtime sites. See one of Australia's oldest Dreamtime Carving sites, over 10,000 years old, lava blow holes, Gorges, Caves and one of the first pioneer cuttings in the Outback. Visit Grey Rock, a Cobb and Co Campsite and much more.

Five Day Best of the Outback
Encompass the highlights of the Dinosaur Country to the Gem Fields. Visit attractions such as the Waltzing Matilda Centre, The Stockman's Hall of Fame, Qantas Founders Outback Museum, and the Australian Workers Heritage Centre. Activities include a morning at Banjo's Outback Theatre, a cruise on the Thompson Bell and fossicking at the miner's heritage mine.
