Night Tours - No charges apply if cancelled 24 hours prior, 50 per cent cancellation charged up to midday on tour date, 100 per cent charged after midday on the tour date. Vehicle Charter and Activities - Cancellation charges may apply for bookings cancelled one week prior to booking date. Booking numbers and vehicle sizes must be finalised 72 hours prior to booking date. Administration fees apply for subsequent changes.
A 10 per cent discount is offered for holders of the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) card, for direct bookings only.
A majority of activities on tours are held out of doors. Casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes are recommended and a light jacket is useful in cooler months.
For conferences and events, a dedicated staff member is assigned to each event to work with organisers, before, during and after the event to ensure that all arrangements are handled promptly and professionally. A state of the art reservation system and communication links ensure optimal transport efficiency and reliability, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In an ongoing commitment to the environment Aries Tours has formed a partnership with Greenfleet, to offset the carbon emissions generated by their fleet.
