Description

The Balfour Dining Room, headed up by chef Tyson Buchanan at Spicers Balfour Hotel is now open for breakfast, brunch, private lunch and dinners, and Ruinart high teas. The Balfour Hotel's rooftop bar also overlooks stunning views of Brisbane and Story Bridge.

Brunch includes freshly squeezed juice of the day, Espresso coffee, herbal teas, Parisian selection, hot cooked to order.

For 10 - 18 guests whether it be in the private dining room, main dining room or out on their Grand Queenslander wrap around verandah. Select from three, five or seven course degustation, includes a selection of homestyle cakes, fresh scones, gourmet sandwiches and a bottle of Ruinart De Ruinart French champagne to share.
