Just like your mind, your body isn't static. At spaQ they get that, and so they decided to do things a little differently themselves to fit in with your individual groove. As well as packing their menu with some serious therapeutic punch, they made room for flexibility, customisation and individualisation.

For a start, they don't pressure you to make your treatment selection in advance. Just reserve your time and then, with the help of your therapist, you can choose a treatment experience when you arrive. That way you get exactly what you need on the day rather than something that feels so... umm, last week. That's what they call a freshly-picked spa experience!

If you prefer to book your treatment in advance, please go ahead. They highly recommend you stretch out your time with them by taking advantage of their wet zone featuring a unisex hammam and ice fountain. Going all hot and cold can have some wonderful health benefits! It's complimentary for all spaQ guests.

At spaQ all treatments include time for a personal consultation and post treatment recommendations to ensure once they help you get your groove back... you keep the groove going!
