Sirromet Wines is Queensland's largest and most awarded winery. Conveniently located just a short drive from both Brisbane's central business district and the Gold Coast, you will discover first class winery facilities surrounded by picturesque and truly breathtaking natural scenery.
The Mount Cotton headquarters combines a fully operating vineyard, winery, cellar door and restaurant in a location not to be missed. Since opening the doors in 2000, Sirromet has won numerous awards for both its wines and its world class Restaurant Lurleen's, the most recent being the 2008 and 2009 ""Best Restaurant"" and 2008 ""Best Product"" awarded by The Courier-Mail Queensland Lifestyle Awards 2008.
A dining experience at Restaurant Lurleen's will not be matched by any other. Their secret to success is due in part to the relentless search for the best produce - much of which is grown on premise, under guidance of resident celebrity and executive chef Andrew Mirosch.
Guided Winery Tours and Tastings are conducted regularly. Take advantage of the location of this magnificent winery as it will not require more than 40 minutes travel time from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast and several day tour options are available.

General Comments
The Restaurant is open for breakfast from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m Wednesday to Saturday and 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on Sundays. Morning Tea Menu is available from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Wednesday to Sunday and Afternoon Tea Menu is available from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday. Lunch menu is available from 11.30 a.m. Wednesday to Sunday. Dinner Menu from 6.00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday - bookings are advised to avoid disappointment.
General Comments
Cellar Door is open daily from 10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. with winery tours at 12.00 p.m. weekdays, and 10.00 a.m., 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. on weekends. Bookings highly recommended. Wine Tasting and Winery Tours are available at an additional cost.
How to get There
From the Gold Coast, take M1 Highway to Brisbane, take the Cleveland Exit into Mount Cotton Road (UBD MAP 224 REF Q6). From Brisbane Airport, take the Gateway Arterial, left into Old Cleveland Road/Redland Bay Road. From Brisbane central business district take the M1 Highway to Gold Coast, take the Mt Gravatt Road exit, turn right at lights into Mount Cotton Road (UBD MAP 224 REF Q6).
