Red Air is fully accredited as a public passenger service operator with experienced professional drivers. The fleet boasts well maintained Toyota vehicles which are clean and comfortable, with luggage trailers, seat belts and air conditioning. Vehicles and drivers are clearly recognisable by the distinctive logo and vehicle signage, red uniforms and red welcome signs.

Extra adults charged at AUD10.00 per person.
An after hours surcharge of AUD15.00 for pick-ups between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m. and on public holidays.
Additional pick-up and drop-off addresses charged at AUD15.00 each.
Large items (bikes, surfboards) are charged at AUD10.00 and must be advised at time of booking.

Cancellation Information:
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of tour, transfer or charter bookings. Fares or deposits prepaid by credit card will be refunded with a 15 per cent administration fee retained.
