Description
Opera in the Outback has become an iconic event for many in Tropical North Queensland when hundreds of visitors from all over Australia descend on Undara Experience for three nights of very unique entertainment in the incredible setting which is the purpose-built Ooramin Place Amphitheatre.
The bill, which includes a theatrical performance on the Thursday following by two nights of Opera, has amazed and entertained audiences for ten years, with the event winning the award for Best Festival and Event in Tropical North Queensland in 2009 and 2010.

How To Get There:
Undara Experience is located along the Savannah Way just 275 kilometres south-west of Cairns, through the Atherton Tablelands; or 512 kilometres from Townsville via Charters Towers. It is accessible by conventional vehicle along fully sealed roads, by coach or by Savannahlander train from Cairns. It is also accessible by air with a 1,900 metre airstrip.

Inclusions:
Guests attending both Friday and Saturday night performances are entitled to a 50 per cent discount on the Thursday performance. Dinner immediately follows the performance each evening.
