Oozing old world charm and located behind Birch Carroll and Coyle cinemas the venue comprises an authentic Steakhouse, seating up to 200 with both air-conditioned indoor comfort and alfresco outdoor courtyard dining; an intimate function space accommodating up to 100 guests cocktail style, public bars and accommodation.

More than just a steakhouse, the Newmarket offers the finest quality Horizon meat cuts including 120 day grain fed eye fillet and 400 day grain fed wagyu rib fillet, served with tantalising sauce combinations such as port wine and rosemary jus or brandied pepper cream. If this isn't quite enough, the range of seafood sauces will surely fulfill with the option to buck it (king prawn and garlic cream sauce) bug it (buttered grilled bugs) or bag it (South Australian oysters stuffed into the fillet of your choice and topped with bacon and spicy kilpatrick sauce). There are also contemporary choices such as wagyu beef skewers with butter potatoes and twice cooked Vietnamese style goose spring. The menu is completed with an array of veal, chicken and seafood choices and a dessert menu that will melt in your mouth.
