More than just a steakhouse, the Newmarket offers the finest quality Horizon meat cuts including 120 day grain fed eye fillet and 400 day grain fed wagyu rib fillet, served with tantalising sauce combinations such as port wine and rosemary jus or brandied pepper cream. If this isn't quite enough, the range of seafood sauces will surely fulfill with the option to buck it (king prawn and garlic cream sauce) bug it (buttered grilled bugs) or bag it (South Australian oysters stuffed into the fillet of your choice and topped with bacon and spicy kilpatrick sauce).
