Description

Only 12 kilometres from the heart of Surfers Paradise, Nerang National Park offers a green sanctuary where visitors can unwind and relax or enjoy a pleasant mountain bike ride. Birdwatchers often spot glossy black-cockatoos feeding in the forest she-oak groves. Grey gums and blue gums make popular subjects for artists. Walk or cycle the Casuarina grove track along the creek (2.7 kilometre return). Cyclists with moderate fitness can enjoy 20 kilometres of easy mountain bike trails.
