Description
The Warrie circuit is part of the World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforests of Australia in Springbrook National Park. From Canyon Lookout, continue 300 metres on the right fork to the exquisite Rainbow Falls. If you walk behind the falls in the afternoon, you can see a rainbow through the shimmering water.
Continue along the base of the cliffs to Goomoolahra Falls for a spectacular view of the rainforest valley below and the Meeting Of The Waters. Continue along the base of the cliffs past Ngarii-dhum Falls then gradually wind your way down through pristine subtropical rainforest to the Meeting Of The Waters where several creeks join.
The track then zigzags back up to a ridge past the triple waterfalls of Poondahra, Poonyahra and Blackfellow Falls. At the track junction, turn right and pass under Blackfellow Falls, before climbing back up to the Canyon Lookout.
