Other Information

Children:
Children are welcome. Life jackets, flotation noodles, life rings and children's size snorkelling equipment are available at no extra cost. A children's swimming enclosure and snorkel area supervisor ensure maximum safety.

Disabled:
There is ramp access from the wharf to the vessel and from the Marine World Platform to the vessel. Reef Magic II vessel has a full size disabled toilet and shower which is wheelchair accessible. Passengers will still need to travel with a carer or be able to negotiate a single set of stairs on the vessel.

Children:
Children up to three years travel free of charge. Four to 14 years travel at children's rates. 15 years and over pay the adult fare.
The legal age for a person to dive is 12 years of age.

Cancellation Information:
Reef Magic Cruises appreciate at least 24 hours cancellation notification.

Cairns Only Locally Owned - Reef Magic Cruises catamaran departs from Marlin Jetty, Cairns.
Check-in is inside the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street Cairns.

Further Details:
A minimum of ten passengers and a maximum of 190 are permitted.

Hotel Pick-up:
Return accommodation coach transfers are available for a small additional cost from all Cairns City and Northern Beaches accommodation.

How To Get There:
The check-in counter located inside the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street, Cairns. This is easy walking distance from many inner city hotels or contact them to arrange a coach pick-up from city fringe or Cairns beaches locations.
Plenty of parking is available at the Pier Marketplace both outside and undercover. Street parking is free on Sundays.

Tariff Information:
Children up to three years travel free of charge. Four to 14 years travel at children's rates. 15 years and over pay the adult fare.
