Description

Palms unique to the upper Dawson River catchment area including the Livistona palm can be found at Palm Tree Creek. They have gained Palm Tree Creek world wide recognition for its unique species. Petrified palms are also found throughout the district.

Palm Tree Creek is located 15 kilometres north of Taroom.
