Description
Oceanic Pearl is by all accounts a gentleman's yacht. Originally built in Portugal in 1972 she was later fitted out as a luxury motor cruiser in the famous Malehide boat yards in Ireland before crossing the Indian Ocean to Australia.
Refitted in 2009 for chartering, she now offers the option of three or six night cruises around the Whitsunday Islands. The heavy displacement hull and high bulwarks make her a stable and comfortable cruising vessel.
With her classic warm timber panelling and brass fittings this 20 meter motor yacht offers comfortable cruising for 10 guests and three crew. There is a choice of accommodation in double and twin staterooms, one single and one double cabin. Staterooms have individual air-conditioning with large en-suites . The warm and inviting interior light is made possible by skylight hatches and portholes in each stateroom and cabin.
Snorkel with tropical fish, visit the famous Whitehaven Beach, step through rainforests on uninhabited islands, or simply relax and do nothing at all. With 74 islands there's a plentiful supply of sheltered coves, peaceful anchorages and spectacular scenery.

Cancellation Information:
A deposit of AUD100.00 per person is required to confirm bookings. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure incur the following fee: 60 to 30 days AUD100.00 per person, 29 to 15 days 50 per cent of cruise cost, 14 days to no show 100 per cent of cruise cost.

Whitsunday Reef and Island Escape Package (Cruise and Resort)
Barefoot Cruises have a number of six night Cruise and Resort packages available. This package includes three nights cruising the Whitsunday islands and Great Barrier Reef aboard the cruise vessel Oceanic Pearl and three nights at either Hamilton Island resort or Coral Sea resort in Airlie Beach.
