North Queensland Adventure Kayak Tours are Townsville and North Queensland's first fully guided, fully equipped, fully catered, kayak tours. All tours are Ecotourism Certified, and the Business is an Australian Tourism Accredited Business. With the guide also being Ecotourism Certified, and Swiftwater Rescue Accredited.

They do from half day tours and full day tours, two, three, and even four day, all self sufficient, camping adventure kayak tours. They carry everything required for their adventure tours on the kayaks with them. All meals and equipment is supplied, including kayak paddling instruction and kayak familiarisation before you hit the water. They now even do a two and three day, kayak fishing on the Great Barrier Reef from a 58 foot mothership.

From river tours, dam tours, and ocean tours, all is covered for you. It's simply your choice of one of the 17 speciality tours offered; so you can come out and get close to, and camp with, nature.

They also pick up in their air conditioned bus from your accommodation or place of residence, and return you back there after the tour. They cater for singles, couples, friend/family groups, Business, Corporate, team building, schools, and people with special needs or disabilities.

Further Details:
Depending on what tour you take depends on what native Australian animals you will encounter, and the scenery to be taken in. The longer the tour, the more scenic sights and animals you will see. For more information on what tours are available, visit the operator's website.

How To Get There:
They come and pick you up for your kayak adventure in their air conditioned bus, then drop you back home again after the tour has finished. No hassle to you.

2, 3, and 4 Day Tours

The extended tours can be from Greenvale on the Burdekin River, or still on the Burdekin River, from Herveys Range. There are no set camping sites. Just paddle down river at your own pace to enjoy the scenery till it is time to setup camp, and cook dinner, and sleep. The scenery and animal life is exceptional. From pigs, deer, dingoes, cattle, to eagles, ducks and cattle, to name a few, and the fishing is excellent.

New tour - 2 and 3 days kayak fishing the Great Barrier Reef from a 58 foot mother ship.
