Description

From the car park, a short track leads you to McClellands lookout then meanders through the rainforest to a track junction, where the right-hand-route leads to Witts lookout, a steep climb through open forest to lookouts on rocky outcrops, and the left-hand Cloudy Creek track leads you through rainforest to a series of small waterfalls along Cloudy Creek.

... more

From McClellands and Witts lookouts, enjoy extensive views of Halifax Bay and the Palm Islands. Some sections of this walk are steep with many steps and boulder hopping and, because of the high elevation, the temperature is often cool and shrouded in mist. Stay on the track at all times, wear sturdy footwear and sun protection and take adequate drinking water.
