Description
The coffee coloured water of the Warrego River provides visitors and locals with a great camping, fishing or swimming location.
Peace and quiet has never been more accessible. Only 16 kilometres north of the Charleville Central Business District, the 10 Mile Fishing spot is as convenient as they come to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
... morePlease note: Riverbanks can become inaccessible and very boggy during and after wet weather for up to two weeks. Further information on this and other fishing locations, in the Charleville area can be obtained by contacting the Charleville Visitor Information Centre.
You do not need to book to camp at this location. It's not a designated camping area. There are no facilities at this site.

How To Get There:
From the Charleville Central Business District, travel 16 kilometres north on the Matilda/Mitchell Highway towards Augathella. Turn right off the highway and continue for two kilometres. The turn off is signposted with a fingerpost sign.
