Cancellation Information:
The operator reserves the right to alter the tour or itinerary of schedules to an alternative operator if necessary.
No refund will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure.
Travel Insurance is not included. The operator reserves the right to apply a fuel levy, payable in addition to the tour costs.
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure, 100 per cent non refundable. Cancellation within seven days of travel, 50 per cent non refundable.

Tariff Information:
All children on any tour must be accompanied by an adult. Child rates apply for ages four to 14 years. The operator cannot guarantee pick up or drop off times and are not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services. Whilst they make every effort to safe guard their clients and their belongings they cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond their control.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient.

Weather:
Tours are subject to weather conditions, along the Bloomfield Track, alternative route will be taken via the inland road.

Adventure North's Cooktown 4WD Adventure showcases the contrasts of Tropical North Queensland's coastal, rainforest and outback landscapes all in one day.

Take the scenic Captain Cook Highway along the coast and through the pristine rainforest of the Daintree National Park. Enjoy the rugged landscapes of the Bloomfield Track and visit the mysterious Black Mountain, before reaching Cooktown's Grassy Hill to soak in panoramic views to the Endeavour River and Coral Sea.

After free time exploring historical Cooktown, return inland via the outback vistas of the Mulligan Highway and onwards home.

You will be collected from your accommodation by their air-conditioned 4wd vehicle. Travel north along the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia's most scenic coastal drives towards the World Heritage Listed Daintree National Park, crossing the mighty Daintree River by cable ferry. You will Journey through this spectacular example of Mother Nature, which contains the highest number of plant and animal species that are rare, or threatened by extinction. Your experienced guide will enlighten your journey with incredible stories and history as you continue on the 4WD only Bloomfield Track. This will take you through some of the most amazing scenery in the country, crossing rivers and climbing mountain ranges. Lunch is at the famous Lion's Den Hotel (est. 1875), one of North Queensland's oldest running bush pubs.
