Cancellation Information:
AUD50.00 fee applies if booking is cancelled prior to travel. No refund due once travel has started.

Restrictions:
Minimum age for hire is 21 years. Drivers 21 to 24 years will need to pay a surcharge which will show in your online quote. Drivers must have a non-provisional, non-probationary, full license held for a minimum of one year. Any Non English licenses must be accompanied by an international license. Two wheel drive and all wheel drive vehicles are not permitted on dirt roads and four wheel drive vehicles are permitted on dirt roads, but not tracks. Further Details:
Cleaning not required by client but they request that vehicle be returned in a reasonable state. On-line bookings preferred, however, Customer Service Consultants are available using the toll free line.
Rental period is based on 24 hour periods, with a 59 minute grace period. Rates include Goods and Services Tax and all compulsory taxes and surcharges. One additional driver is free of charge, most vehicles come with unlimited kilometres. All vehicles have 24 hour roadside assistance and standard comprehensive Insurance (there is an excess applicable and options to reduce).

There are rental desks at all major airports and regional airports will meet all flights. Airport surcharges may apply but there are no fees to drop off at an airport.
One way hires between major East Coast cities are 'Fee Free' - you won't be charged extra to drive one way in all standard vehicles. (Minimum hire periods apply).

Instant availability and on-line secure (SSL) credit card payment provided. Standard insurance with excess. This can be reduced if taking the Max Cover Option. All hires have a refundable vehicle bond. Melbourne toll road payments accepted at Melbourne depots. Traffic fines are payable by the driver.
