Cancellation Policy
After booking, in the event of cancellation, your deposit is refundable less a cancellation fee of AUD60.00 only if a minimum of 60 days notice is given or if the boat is re-let after the cancellation.
Entity Facilities
Vessel must stay within the 350 square kilometres smooth water cruising area limitations as defined by Queensland Transport. Persons under the influence of alcohol cannot operate vessel (limitations as defined by Queensland laws for motor vehicle operations).
General Comments
One person in the hiring party must be over 21 years of age and that person will be instructed as operator of the vessel and required to sign a charter contract.
Tariff Text
A deposit of AUD400.00 must be paid at the time of booking in standard time, and AUD400.00 for holiday period bookings.
