Description

The Goomeri Pumpkin Festival is well known for its wonderful country atmosphere and novelty pumpkin fun which includes the Pumpkin Pageant, Pumpkin Bowls, Pumpkin Power Shot Put, Pumpkin Pull, Decorated Pumpkins and Giant Pumpkin competitions.

Don't miss the highlight of the festival, the Great Australian Pumpkin Roll™ where competitors test their pumpkin rolling skills. The thrill of rolling a pumpkin down the steep hill and across the closed highway in front of thousands of people is enough to start the adrenaline pumping. Sounds of fun and laughter fill the air as the pumpkins roll and splatter down the long, steep hill.
