View on Little Hastings is headed by one of Australia's true masters of fusion cuisine, executive chef, Olivier Maokhamphieu. A 30-year veteran, Olivier draws from his French Vietnamese heritage to present a diverse and appealing a-la-carte menu to entice the most discerning of diners.
Classically-trained in Paris, Olivier has worked alongside some of France's most respected chefs and in many exotic locations including Tunisia, Algeria and Thailand.
How To Get There
View on Little Hastings Restaurant and Bar is located at Outrigger Little Hastings Street Resort and Spa. There is plenty of parking available.
Due to council regulations the restaurant has two entrances.
Day Entrance: 7am to 7pm - Via Viewland Drive (please use 33a Viewland Drive on your GPS)
Evening Entrance: 7pm to 7am - Via Hastings Street and Morwong Drive (please use 5 Morwong Drive in your GPS).
