Paddington's multiple award-winning restaurant bar, The Lark Food and Drink, certainly lives up to its name. Established by top international bartender, Perry Scott, (formerly from The Bowery, Lychee Lounge and London's infamous Match Bar Group) in a converted colonial styled cottage (circa 1888), The Lark is a unique, carefree adventure of taste sensations - from the European styled food to the boutique wine list, to the famous, inventive cocktails and high-end whisky.
The Lark Food and Drink celebrated its fourth birthday in March with the launch of a new menu introduced by recent addition to the team, head chef Oliver Dietel. With his flair for a mixture of European and modern Australian, this internationally experienced German already has a slew of industry recognition under his belt. His signature style is the perfect fit for The Lark's menu of progressive cuisine designed to share and compliment a cooling cocktail or delicious glass of wine. Also of note is the new Sunday brunch starting from 8am till noon every Sunday.
