Situated in a funky warehouse in inner city Newstead, The Golden Pig Cooking School is the brainchild of husband and wife duo Katrina and Mark Ryan. Katrina has worked at Yandina's Spirit House and was head chef at Neil Perry's Rockpool Sydney, while Mark was owner of The Pig and The Olive in Sydney and was also head chef at The Bathers Pavilion. Offering both hands on and demonstration classes including Thai classics, French decadence and Italian essentials, The Golden Pig is also available for private bookings such as book launches, product showcases and corporate events.
