Symphony Hill Wines has a five star James Halliday rating with 49 different wines rated four stars or more for last five years. Their flagship is their Reserve Shiraz which has won top gold medals at both Sydney and Melbourne Royal Wine Shows with their latest release (2008) being nominated for two trophies at Royal Melbourne for Best Single Vineyard Wine and Best Shiraz trophies. The Jimmy Watson winner beat them for the Best Shiraz trophy with the narrowest of margins.
