Description

Sandbar Café and Kiosk is located on the water at Bulcock Beach. Sandbar offers fantastic views to Bribie Island, Golden beach with the Glass House Mountains in the distance creating a wonderful backdrop.

Their indoor/outdoor seating makes for the perfect spot to watch the adrenalin fuelled kite surfers along with the occasional dolphins or simply to have a drink and watch the world go by!

Sandbar offers two distinct dining options; the fully licensed café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers all day dining along with a wide range of delicious snacks, cakes and treats. They use local produce wherever they can, including a wide range of stunning local seafood; they also work with local producers to bring you the best produce Queensland can offer.

The takeaway kiosk offers award winning Fish and Chips, Gourmet Burgers, freshly prepared Salads as well as a Premium ice cream bar with all ice creams made locally.

Their perfect location makes it a must for any visit to Caloundra with plenty of tables and seating available on the recently developed boardwalk offering million dollar views.

Open Times

Sandbar Café Monday to Friday: open from 0700, weekends from 0730, Public Holidays from 0800. The café is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday and seven nights a week during school holidays. Sandbar Takeaway Kiosk is open from 1000 to 2030 daily (open until 2130 on weekends). Takeaway coffees/beverages and breakfast items are available from the café before 1000.

How To Get There

Parking - there is free street parking in the streets around Sandbar as well as the free car parks on the Esplanade and Happy Valley. There is also plenty of free public parking available at Rumba Resort located next door, entry via Leeding Terrace with direct pedestrian access to the waterfront.
