Situated at Marina Point, next to the new Cairns Yacht Club facilities, Salt House is a dining, bar and entertainment venue offering a panorama of the ocean, marina and city on the waterfront in Cairns.

Salt House has been designed by renowned Sydney designer Michael McCann of Dreamtime Australia Design and the fluid space allows uninterrupted views of the changing colours of the ocean and mountains that encircle the city.

Salt House offers a space that is glamorous, funky, chilled-out, progressive, stylish, calming, lively and welcoming all at once. There is a large Restaurant area with a custom wood-fired grill and open kitchen; an outdoor cocktail bar surrounded by flowing ponds and fire features and a glowing bar in front of the complex which showcases local and visiting bands four nights a week.

Salt House is focussed on providing an atmosphere that can be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Their commitments with the Yacht Club, Outrigger Club and Ladies Game Fishing Clubs have already anchored their place in the marina scene and their stylish approach to every aspect of the Salt House experience has ensured a loyal following and a place on the ""must-visit"" list of Tropical North Queensland.
