Description
The Palm Creek Folk Festival is an annual event, held over the Queens Birthday weekend each year in June, in the lush tropical grounds of the Mountain View Lake Eco Park, 40 kilometres south of Townsville, North Queensland.
The event takes place over four days and three nights involving more than 100 performers and events with concerts, dances, workshops, acoustic jams, youth festival, art and craft workshops, late night cabarets and special events. The Festival features the cream of local performers and a smattering of special guests.

How To Get There:
Mountain View Eco Park is 40 kilometres south of Townsville.
If travelling north from Ayr to the festival it is just past Giru and signposted on the highway.
If travelling south from Townsville the festival is just past Alligator Creek and signposted in the highway.
Inclusions:
Tickets are available for youth and adult, and early bird tickets are available online from the organiser's website.
