At Mudgeeraba Spices and Curry Blends they manufacture and sell a large range of Indian and Asian fine foods, including curry blends, Indian pickles and chutneys, curry pastes, frozen curries and frozen dips. They have been manufacturing and selling their products for the last 19 years to the public and pride themselves on producing an original and authentic range of products that is an Australian Made, Real, Authentic, Gluten Free, Taste of India.
... more""The Windmill"" (where they are located) is a landmark in the Gold Coast Hinterland. It has been renovated, transforming it into a showroom for their products, allowing them an area to feature home wares and gifts from India, operate a cooking school.
The showroom offers: Spices to see and smell; information on the origins and history of spices; product information and manufacturing practices; a grinding machines and a traditional Tandoori oven; traditional Indian home wares and gifts (for sale); tastings of their pickles and chutneys; and products and hot beverages for sale.

How To Get There
From Mudgeeraba Village, follow Gold Coast Springbrook Road leading to Springbrook (approximately four kilometres) until you reach 'The Windmill'.

Group tours available (AUD11.00 to 24.00 per person). Cooking classes held weekly (AUD125.00 per person). The showroom is open to the public Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500.
